Part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador – bring our brand to life in the store and deliver an amazing shopping experience to every guest.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends‑first mindset.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and recommend items that fit their needs.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Support team members in a collaborative environment.
- Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with people and bringing energy to a fast‑paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
- Familiarity with AE and Aerie products.
