The role involves cloud and on‑prem deployments, migrations, integrations, and technical leadership across distributed teams, while ensuring alignment with business and technology standards.Required / Mandatory Skills:15+ years of overall professional experience with 7+ years in AEM and related technologies Certified AEM Architect Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, upgrades, and migration strategies Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and migration from on‑prem or managed services environments In-depth understanding of Oak architecture and query optimization Advanced expertise with Sling framework and custom development
