**What You Will Be Doing**
The Aero Capture Excellence/Operations lead will drive the implementation of capture best practices and support day-to-day execution in the pursuit of new and follow-on business opportunities across all Aeronautics Lines of Business. In this role, the successful candidate will be accountable for:

- Partner with Business Development leads and capture teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of enterprise win plans while supporting the development and execution of capture plans across multiple opportunity types, including Rapid Acquisition, OTA, CSO, and International pursuits.
- Lead and facilitate capture activities and reviews, including customer value workshops, decision-mapping sessions, win-strategy development workshops, Gold Team reviews, Independent Lessons Learned (IL2) reviews, internal gate reviews (interest, pursue, strategy, and bid/no-bid), Aero internal review...
