**Job Description**
The Import Manager – Trade Compliance oversees company-wide compliance with U.S. import regulations and leads the end-to-end management of import activities. This role manages workflows with import brokers to minimize duties, tariffs, and fees, and ensures timely clearance of incoming shipments including spare parts, components, systems, and aircraft. The position prepares and reviews all required import documentation, assigns HTS and Schedule B codes, applies for necessary licenses, and ensures adherence to Customs and Border Protection regulations for hardware, software, data, and services.
