Responsibilities include qualifying new repair processes and providing technical leadership to production while ensuring compliance with OEM and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of aerospace repair experience, a proactive approach, and knowledge of techniques such as welding and thermal spray. An attractive compensation package is offered.
