JOB DESCRIPTIONAAA Canada is seeking a painter to bring their expertise to our team. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the painter is responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing paint on aircraft and their components according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan the work: prepare the area, materials, and equipment.
- Clean, sand, polish, and prepare surfaces prior to application.
- Mask and apply paint coatings according to specifications.
- Perform necessary touch-ups and ensure the quality of the finished product.
- Keep records of work performed and maintain equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate in Industrial Painting (AEP), Diploma in Bodywork (DEP), DEC in Aerospace Painting, or equivalent fast-track training.
- Experience in industrial or aerospace painting (asset).
