Affiliate Platform & Technical Support
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Affiliate Platform & Technical Support to manage and maintain the integrity of our affiliate tracking systems. This role involves quality assurance, troubleshooting, and technical support for tracking, reporting, and system integration. You will collaborate with multiple departments, affiliates, and external partners to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Conduct quality assurance checks on affiliate and e-commerce tracking activities. Ensure optimal performance of affiliate tracking systems for clients and businesses. Perform real-world user journey tests to validate affiliate tracking functionality. Manage and maintain Pixel Tracking Services, including SQL databases, Google Sheets, and APIs for testing and troubleshooting.
