Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exitsActively monitor key performance indicators, property and financial performance, market conditions, servicing and administration of project draws/fundingsProactively identify any potential credit/market risks as well as proposed solutions associated with portfolio investmentsSupport the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committeesBuild and enhance portfolio reporting, analytical activities, and stress testingContribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses
