  • Own the end-to-end investigation of after-market quality issues across Geely projects, including Geely brand vehicles, Volvo EX30, and Polestar 4 & 5, utilizing the JIRA issue management system and providing regular status reporting to key stakeholders
  • Lead the investigation of software and hardware-related quality concerns raised by Aftersales teams, translating customer complaints and vehicle symptoms into structured test plans, clear problem definitions, and actionable technical findings for R&D teams
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between Aftersales, vehicle plant quality teams, suppliers, and engineering organizations, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution
