- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of ELV systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address after-sales service requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed service reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement system upgrades and modifications as required.
