What You’ll Be Doing
All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.
- Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits.
- Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
- Manage both customer and suppliers returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
- Manage Scrapping request.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate in meetings with customer/suppliers.
- Manage Quality block for defective inventory.
- Manage and assist transportation claim with warehouse and sales team.
- Support EPR system development test.
- Cooperate with operation process enhancement.
