Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- On-site installation and servicing – Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution – Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
- Preventive maintenance – Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
- Client Demo and assistance – Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
- Technical reporting – Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.
Job Qualifications
