Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily centre operations—managing staffing schedules, ensuring programme delivery (academic support, enrichment, holiday activities), coordinating logistics, and upholding safety standards
- Ensure smooth execution of curriculum‑based programmes and daily routines as planned
- Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff, including student care teachers
- Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities like meetings, workshops, and events
- Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, attendance tracking, student records, and fee/payment follow‑ups
- Familiar with MOE Syllabus up to date
