When most people hear property maintenance, they picture Dave arriving in a Transit to fix a dripping tap.

The sort of homes you'll be looking after have wine cellars worth more than most people's houses.
I'm working with a specialist business operating within London's super-prime residential market.
They manage and maintain some of the most exceptional private homes in the country, acting as a trusted partner to UHNW individuals, family offices and estate managers.
They're looking for someone who can sit comfortably between client, consultant, contractor and specialist trades.
Someone commercially aware.
Someone organised.
Someone who understands that when a client spends eight figures on a property, that'll do generally isn't part of the conversation.
