Aftercare Parts Co-ordinator

Job Title: Parts Co-ordinator Location : Pilsworth, Bury Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit full time Aftercare Parts Co-ordinator to join our busy Aftercare & Service team. Key responsibilities Source & purchase parts in line with quality and budgetary guidelines. Monitoring and controlling stock levels to ensure our Mobile Service Engineers have a constant supply. Update internal and external customers on progress of parts supply. Accurately checking in deliveries against order lists, ensuring correct parts and quantities. Prepare and process dispatch paperwork including progress sheets, picking lists and delivery notes. Keeping information accurate and up-to-date on our in-house systems. Manage courier relationships to ensure best service possible. Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
