JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide afterhours support to drivers, clients and brokers, by solving various transportation related issues and assisting drivers in different hours of service-related situations.
Duties and responsabilities
- Answer calls and document information by company policies
- Respond to any issues and follow-ups by coordinating with the appropriate departments
- Respond to queries related to updates from brokers and customers
- Prioritize and organize calls accordingly
- Proactively address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Assist drivers with Hours of Service related queries
- Comply with companies communication standards while in verbal and written communication
- Preserve excellent relationship with drivers
- Keep a track record of equipment movement
