We have an immediate opening for an Afterhours Travel Consultant to join our expanding Global Assist Afterhours Operations Team.
What we need from you?
- A solid background in travel consulting or airline reservation with demonstrated customer service experience, a minimum of 2 years preferred
- Fresh graduate will need to have an education background in travel & tourism
- Previous experience in afterhours experience highly desired but not necessary
- Contribute to a motivated & supportive team environment
- Confident in emergency ticking support
- Experience with any GDS being an advantage
- Solutions focused mindset and demonstrated ability to resolve problems in a creative manner
- Ability to handle irate customers
- Excellent verbal and written English language
- Willing to work on 24x7 rotational shift
