Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Aftersales Automotive Engineer to join our Chassis Department in Dubai. This pivotal role serves as the technical authority for all chassis‑related systems—suspension, steering, brakes, and wheel components—within the Aftersales division. You will support service operations, drive issue resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for chassis systems in the Aftersales function.
Diagnose and resolve customer-reported concerns involving suspension, braking, steering, and wheel systems.
Guide dealership and service centre personnel with diagnostics, repair procedures, and field fixes.
Collaborate with Design & Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to address recurring technical issues and prevent reoccurrence....
