We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Aftersales Coordinator to manage and coordinate vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service activities reported by clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all vehicle issues are properly tracked, assigned, and resolved efficiently through appointed vendors or workshops while maintaining accurate documentation, service records, and communication with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, good problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced fleet operations environment.
