- Perform repair and maintenance of factory equipment such as machine tools and press machines
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support to clients
- Communicate and coordinate with Japanese manufacturers regarding technical matters and spare parts
- Support and guide junior technicians, ensuring service quality and timely response

- Melakukan troubleshooting masalah teknis serta memberikan dukungan di lokasi (on-site) kepada klien.
- Berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan produsen Jepang terkait hal teknis dan suku cadang.
- Mendukung dan membimbing teknisi junior, serta memastikan kualitas layanan dan respons yang tepat waktu.
