Responsibilities - Order management: ensure smooth order receiving and processing.
- Supply Operation:
- Handle enquiries from distributors.
- Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipment arrangement to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle shipment documentation—invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.—to enable smooth customs clearance by importers.
- Handle warranty claims, short mispacking reports, and logistics quality problem reports.
- Handle SAP for payment of supplier and buyer invoices.
- Prepare monthly reports to compare KPI results against targets.
