Qualifications
- Registered Mechanical Engineer; Requires at least 3 years automotive service experience as either service advisor or parts man
- Proficient with computer applications
- Able to write business letters/emails
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-Oriented; Requires Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department, achievement of set targets, and improving customer satisfaction. Promote company image.
- Ensure 100% achievement of KPI. Analyze potential and strategize market penetration. Monitor and ensure that reports and forms required from the Service Department are accurately accomplished and submitted on set deadlines by concerned personnel.
