Job Summary
We are looking for an Aftersales Specialist to support customers in the C&I energy sector by handling technical queries, product issues, warranty matters, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should have relevant aftersales/technical support experience in solar, inverter, battery, or electrical products, preferably within the C&I market.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer aftersales queries and technical support requests
- Coordinate troubleshooting, warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
- Support customers, distributors, EPCs, and installers with product-related issues
- Liaise with internal technical teams and external service partners
- Maintain accurate records of customer cases and resolutions
