What you will do (responsibilities)
Coordinate the relationship between GMICA and the dealer network in Aftersales data requirements & reporting, ensuring alignment with GM policies according with due dates and time frame defined.
Lead monthly aftersales market reviews, manage the aftersales marketing budget, support pricing and promotional actions, and build annual and monthly sales forecasts.
Monitor wholesale and retail performance through BI and SAP tools, including orders, billing, back orders, pricing, availability, inventory, and month-end sales mix compliance.
Standardize and optimize aftersales processes, manage special projects, and provide reporting and Power BI support across Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
