+ Coordinate the relationship between GMICA and the dealer network in Aftersales data requirements & reporting, ensuring alignment with GM policies according with due dates and time frame defined.
+ Lead monthly aftersales market reviews, manage the aftersales marketing budget, support pricing and promotional actions, and build annual and monthly sales forecasts.
+ Monitor wholesale and retail performance through BI and SAP tools, including orders, billing, back orders, pricing, availability, inventory, and month-end sales mix compliance.
+ Standardize and optimize aftersales processes, manage special projects, and provide reporting and Power BI support across Colombia, Peru, and Chile.
