As an Aftersales Support and Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening the client experience across all NordEast Vehicle Distributors brands. This role owns aftersales client communication, manages aftersales CRM and Vehicle Off Road visibility, while supporting retailers and internal teams to ensure timely, professional and effective aftersales support.
- Acting as a central coordination point for aftersales communication with retailers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring, maintaining and following up Vehicle Off Road cases to minimise downtime and improve the client experience
- Maintaining accurate aftersales CRM records and ensuring cases are reviewed, responded to and closed within required timeframes
