Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and Quality ControlConduct detailed technical inspections of new vehicles from the Omoda & Jaecoo & Lepas and other Chery brands in Spain.Identify, document, and communicate technical incidents related to new vehicles to supervisor and HQ.Supervise and ensure completion of any technical updates.Technical SupportTroubleshoot and diagnose technical & quality issues on vehicles.Provide online technical support to dealers and ports, ensuring timely response to service requirements.Offer onsite technical support and develop technical visit reports as needed.Collaborate with the HQ engineering departments to identify and implement solutions for technical problems.Stay up to date on product training to deliver best-...
