The role is committed, results-driven, and oriented towards profit and customer satisfaction, always ensuring the highest result achievement.ResponsibilitiesAct as an industry expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders with all technical inquiries.Handle technical inquiry tickets via the OEM platform and achieve related KPIs.Troubleshoot and identify claims in a professional manner.Conduct Homologation Studies and communicate with the OEM.Support the technical manager with the technical training plan and take initiatives to implement technical training to ensure customers fully understand product features and benefits, and to systematically increase market share.Analyze and improve performance regarding the latest regional regulations on warranty, service campaigns, etc.Actively contributes to maintenance price calculation, developing standards, processes, and pr...
