The Agency Coordinator – Remedial/Recovery (RemRec) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring third-party collection agencies handling delinquent and charged-off accounts. The role ensures effective recovery efforts, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with assigned recovery/collection agencies for RemRec accounts
- Monitor agency performance and ensure recovery targets are achieved
- Assign and update account listings to agency partners
- Track, validate, and reconcile collections, settlements, and remittances
- Conduct regular performance reviews and portfolio assessments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and legal guidelines
