Your role

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new enhancements and solutions on the agency’s digital applications, documenting issues and collaborating on fixes.
- Assist in creating documentation, communication materials, and user guides for digital applications.
- Support the preparation of reports that inform digital strategies.
- Provide first‑level support for inquiries related to the agency’s digital applications to ensure a smooth user experience.
