Job Summary
The Collections Agency Management Officer is responsible for helping in effective management through liquidation of written-off portfolio:
Designing and implementing effective collection strategies and other enhancement techniques to ensure achievement of collection goals
Managing business relationship and coordinating with Third Party Service Provider handling written-off accounts to ensure adequacy of business operations support, achievement of targets in accordance with established SLAs, guidelines, regulatory rules and standards
