My client is looking for an Agency Training Manager or Senior Manager to join the team. They are looking for someone with solid insurance exposures.
The Role
- Deliver both new and existing product training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Design and implement impactful training programs tailored to the needs of insurance sales agents
- Develop interactive training content, including video tutorials and digital learning tools
- Support licensing and compliance training (e.g., IIQE, CPD)
- Maintain accurate training records and provide regular analysis and reporting
- Conduct weekly sharing sessions and respond to agent inquiries promptly and professionally
