Wellabe is looking for a Agent Admin Representative 2 to join our team. Under direct supervision, this role supports all distributions with agent contracting and distribution processes, including appointment updates, agent record maintenance, terminations, and data changes. The position utilizes multiple systems, such as LifePro, CLARC, Vertafore, and related platforms.

Someone in this role will:
Reviews and processes new agent contracting and appointment requests for all distribution channels in compliance with company policies.Confirms licensing and required documentation. Submits background investigations to vendors.Processes appointments, assigns agent numbers, and distributes appointment approval notifications and executed contracts.Process agent contract exchange requests for existing agents in accordance with company guidelines.Maintains agent licensing records...
