Agent - Air Export Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
• Track and trace Air Export files and reporting.
• Use Tree View on a daily basis.
• Communicate arrival notices to overseas teams and customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers (airline carriers, trucking companies, and others).
• Maintain compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Understand department process flow and seek best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all customer SOPs are in place and updated in the DLSOPs.
