As an Agent – Ocean Import, you will ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while delivering a high level of customer service.
You will support daily operations, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Operations
- Open and manage import files in the system
- Receive and verify shipping documents
- Process shipments in line with company procedures
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Maintain accurate data entry in operational systems
- Follow customer SOPs and compliance requirements
Customer Service
- Communicate with customers promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with overseas offices and service providers
