Job Description
I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
- Contribute information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
- Comply with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
- Ensure that all company information is kept confidential.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
