Rooms & Guest Services Operations – Avenida Vitacura 130, Providencia, Santiago, Chile
Ensuring a seamless experience for all guests, you will answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices. You will also operate the telephone switchboard, process wake‑up calls, and direct calls to the appropriate extensions. Your responsibilities include receiving, recording, and relaying messages accurately; logging all guest requests or issues into the computer system; contacting the relevant department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping); and following up to ensure resolution. You will provide information about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest; may process room service orders, answer questions about the menu, and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system; and assist guests with internet and entertainment access.
