Job Description
- Business Analysis frameworks (BRD/FRD, process modelling, value-based analysis)
- Data-driven analysis & KPI measurement for AI outcomes
- Agentic AI fundamentals (autonomous agents, reasoning, planning, multi-agent systems)
- GenAI / LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering concepts)
- AI Governance & Responsible AI frameworks (auditability, explainability)
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) for legacy integration scenarios
- Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle concepts and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, and enterprise system architectures
- Exposure to domain-specific AI use cases (e.g., finance, supply chain, customer operations)
