Agentic AI Technical Lead

You will help scale an AI-native engineering organization building agentic platforms, leading high‑performing pods of 10‑15 engineers.

Owning the AI engineering and architecture foundation, you’ll drive end‑to‑end delivery from use‑case ideation through to production rollout.

8+ years experience within Software / AI Engineering, productionized experience working with Agentic Platforms and agents, experience managing cross‑functional Pods/Squads/Tribes, recent hands‑on experience within software development, AI Engineering, AI configuration, and a successful track record of navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
