Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and ambitious fresh graduates to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team as Management Trainee Officers. This is a structured trainee program designed to build well rounded HR professionals from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners in day to day HR operations
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Maintain HR records, data, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on business partnering tasks
- Participate in HR projects related to policy development and compliance
