Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide teams and leaders through Agile and Scrum adoption at team and organisational levels
- Act as a practical implementer embedding Agile ways of working across delivery teams
- Support scaled Agile practices primarily Scrum-based with knowledge of SAFe frameworks where applicable
- Drive and manage organisational change working directly with senior stakeholders including C‑suite leadership
- Manage and mentor Scrum Masters and other Agile practitioners across multiple teams
- Contribute to enterprise‑level transformation efforts including culture change and leadership coaching
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to align Agile practices with strategic business objectives
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on Agile coaching experience in enterprise environments
