As Agile Coach and IT Process Lead for IT Applications , you are accountable for all internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain, overseeing a team of approximately 130 employees located in Hamburg, Porto, and Pécs. You drive optimization, standardization, transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all processes to ensure stable, scalable, and future‑ready IT operations.
With a strong agile mindset, passion for shaping the future, and hands‑on leadership, you enable the teams to deliver high‑quality IT services and products that support business success. You have long‑time experience in KANBAN methodology.
