Responsibilities Drive Agile practices within the squad and across the organisation Maximize the time and cognitive load in the team invested towards team objectives and delivery Optimise team meetings and ceremonies for performance enhancement Support seamless cascading from missions to sprint tasks Ensure the squad works smarter and ensure alignment, flow, and continuous improvement across every sprint and initiative Requirements Matric IT Degree or Diploma 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master, preferably within a Financial Services industry Scrum Master certification advantageous Expertise in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid approaches #J-18808-Ljbffr
