ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


  • Extensive Agile Master working experience (AWM experience)

  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills

  • Ability to lead, organize and mentor Feature Teams 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expert experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence

  • Strong organizational and time management skills


ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:


  • German Language skills are a bonus.

  • Excellent usage of MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
