- Lead the Development Team with Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Follow up on the progress of the work (team/project), provide guidance on project initiatives and communicate statuses to project stakeholders on a regular basis, ensure the quality of communication (frequency, adaptation based on the context and product, etc.)
- Manage and maintain the product development, the sprints and backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile rituals efficiently and strictly.
- Regularly report on the status of the projects, predict risks, issues and scopes when needed.
- Proactively follow up with clients and on mandates with the customers.
- Take part in the implementation of appropriate methodologies for effective project management that meet quality standards and deadlines.
