Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to optimize the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. The role involves coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, and enabling continuous improvement within the team. The successful candidate will ensure impediments are resolved quickly and maintain a strong relationship between the Product Owner and the development team.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3 years of previous experience working in an Agile environment

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience with technology projects

  • Deep knowledge of Enterprise Change Management and Release Management Process

  • Working knowledge of Remedy, JIRA, and Confluence as well as solid skills in Excel and Word
