Job Description
We are recruiting experienced Agile Masters and Scrum Masters for placement across a variety of IT delivery programmes in South Africa. Candidates who are passionate about enabling high-performing teams, removing delivery blockers, and embedding sustainable Agile practices are encouraged to apply at all experience levels.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Master within software or IT delivery environments Relevant certification is required — CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Solid working knowledge of Agile frameworks — Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Experience working within Dev Ops-oriented or continuous delivery environments Hands‑on experience with Agile tooling such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops Exposure to SAP or large‑scale enterprise IT delivery programmes is advantageous Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — ability to lead without direct authority South African...
