Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Scrum Master / Project Manager to support Agile delivery execution and project coordination across technology teams. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with project management activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The candidate should have experience facilitating Agile teams while managing project planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, timelines, risks, and operational coordination in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming Sessions.
- Support Agile best practices and help teams improve delivery effectiveness.
- Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution with technical and business teams.
