Become the Executive Director of CSGA, advancing Canada's seed certification system in a fully remote role. Lead strategic initiatives and relationship building across the agricultural sector nationwide.
CSGA seeks a dedicated Executive Director committed to enhancing the seed system across Canada. In this full-time position, you'll oversee the organization’s strategic direction, engage with federal stakeholders, and guide policy development as the sector undergoes modernization. National travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategic vision alongside the Board
• Manage seed crop certification program development
• Ensure effective policy implementation
• Build relationships across the agricultural community
• Oversee financial management and risk practices
