Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Agronomist to join our agricultural team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy with experience in crop production, soil management and pest control.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement crop production plans in line with best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor and maintain soil health through regular testing and analysis.
- Identify and manage pests and diseases through effective control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Train and supervise junior agronomists and farm workers.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize farm operations and increase productivity.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in agricultural technology and techniques.
